“We should drive the Change Agenda”

Staff of the FCT Archives have been urged to help in driving the Change Agenda of the present administration to a success by putting more efforts and quality inputs to the service as the Bureau made adequate provision for capacity building of the staff.

The call was made by the New Acting Director of the Bureau Mrs. Cerie Jogai at the Bureau’s staff general meeting that was held recently at the office complex.

Mrs. Cerie Jogai averred that as the propelling force of the government, staff should avail themselves with the directive principles of this government, by effecting change in their attitude to work and service delivery, so as to make the government service more efficient and productive.

The director further added that, plans were under way to automate the archive and up- grade the Bureau’s reference library. This, according to her, was to make FCT policy documents easily accessible and enhance online research, saying this was necessary in order to meet the current trends across the world.
