In order to fulfil its mandate pertaining to the production of historical, oral and visual documentation of the FCT, the Bureau has successfully produced and published 5 books chronicling diverse historical events in the FCT. The titles are:

• Profiles of Ministers of the Federal Capital Territory from 1976 to 2015.
• Pictorial Album of the Legacy Exhibition, 2013
• Fulfilling our collective vision
• Sharing knowledge, 2012
• The making of FCT Archives, 2014 2012

The interviewing of relevant national icons and other stakeholders for the collation of documentary sources towards the production of the history of Abuja by our consulting firm (CEDDERT) is still ongoing and at the end of the exercise two publications are expected to emerge. They are;
